Activities Lead

About the Role:

As the Activities Lead at Darcy House Care Home, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to create a wide range of programmes that cater to various hobbies and interests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Activity Planning & Execution: Develop and lead monthly and individual activity programmes that promote social interaction and cater to the needs of our residents.
• Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate opportunities for residents to connect and engage with each other.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.
