About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maths SEN Teacher to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. As a Maths SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students with special educational needs, focusing on Maths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Maths to students with special educational needs
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Collaborate with the therapeutic team to support students' emotional and social needs
  • Assess and track student progress

Requirements:

  • QTS or QTLS qualification
  • Proven teaching and learning experience
  • Experience teaching Maths
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
