**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Graduate to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a Front Office Graduate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Assist with room preparation, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel, including participating in team meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
