Teacher Liaison

Role Overview:

We are searching for dedicated Primary and Secondary Teachers to support our Schools across Derbyshire. You will contribute to students' academic, social, and emotional development and foster a love of learning in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Establish an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4.
• Knowledge of SEND practices and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
