About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong industry and technical knowledge to join our Agricultural Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver Land-based Engineering curriculum content, aligning with college procedures to meet learner needs.
  • Maintain flexibility to utilize transferable skills and knowledge across all Engineering department areas.
  • Foster relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance the College's reputation and maximize income streams.

The successful candidate will have a background in agricultural engineering, engines, welding, and fabrication, as well as machinery technology. A minimum Level 3 qualification within the vocational area is required, alongside a Level 5 or 6 qualification in Engineering and a relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to pursue one).

The College encourages applications from industry professionals without a teaching qualification, offering access to funded qualifications and hands-on support during Further Education Training.
