Join Our Team as a Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and promoting independence. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each individual receives the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and promoting independence.
  • Work closely with clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each individual receives the best possible care and support.
  • Assist clients with accessing the community, attending appointments, and participating in activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in care.
  • Car drivers are required to assist in accessing the community, attending appointments, and supporting clients with outings.
  • The full right to work in the UK.
