About the Role

As a Reablement Assistant at the Isle of Wight Council, you will work closely with individuals who use our services, supporting them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Reablement support to enable individuals to regain confidence and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  • Participate in Out of Hours Stand-by Duty Rota as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £23,000-£28,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
