About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team at Forte Legal. As an Employment Law Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on international employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on international employment law matters, including employment contracts, terminations, and disputes.
  • Develop and implement employment law strategies to minimize risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide employment law guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employment law, preferably in an in-house role.
  • Strong knowledge of international employment law, including employment contracts, terminations, and disputes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
