Lead Mixologist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Bartender to join our team at TROIA (UK) RESTAURANTS LIMITED. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cocktails and beverages, while also leading and inspiring the bar team. They will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with management to develop seasonal drink menus and promotions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages.
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring quality and service standards.
• Lead and inspire the bar team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal drink menus and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain ingredient freshness.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a Senior Bartender or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
