About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Halesowen. As a key member of our sales operation, you will be responsible for executing the order process from start to finish, including after-sales support with high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the order process from beginning to end, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Research new business development opportunities to acquire new customers
- Manage escalated and complex complaints from customers through to successful resolution
- Monitor and provide solutions for feedback required from e-commerce sites regarding unusual activity
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures
- Perform needs analysis of existing customers to meet their future needs
- Update internal systems and input vast amounts of data
- Process sales orders via the Shipping department
- Able to deal with vast amounts of data and information without being overwhelmed
- Able to expedite issues without sacrificing quality
- Possessive of an action orientation and proactive approach to task completion
What We Offer
As a Sales Administrator at Workforce Staffing Ltd, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free onsite parking and a supportive working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
