Senior Site Manager Opportunity

Gold Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a high-profile new build project in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a £150m project, including the construction of multiple RC Frame buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the completion of a section of works on a major construction project, ensuring high standards and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Induct and manage teams, motivating them to deliver their roles to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and monitor short-term programmes, maintaining accurate project progress records.
  • Ensure awareness of project budgets, cost control, and resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale new build projects for a tier one main contractor.
  • Experience working on Reinforced Concrete building projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with site health & safety.
What We Offer:
  • Starting salary of £60,000 to £65,000.
  • Company car or allowance of £5,000.
