About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of the Project Groundwater team, you will provide administrative support to the Project Leader and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for the programme inbox
  • Collate and organize reporting data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Take minutes, prepare agendas, and collate papers for meetings and project updates
  • Update the programme task list and monitor progress, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Schedule and arrange meetings for the partnership and project team, ensuring effective communication
  • Complete financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and purchase order requests, with attention to detail and accuracy
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of diary management and meeting organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Good ICT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
