The Lead Buyer will work closely with the Senior Management team to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive business growth and improve efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take their career to the next level and make a significant impact on the company's success.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive starting salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual bonus, free fresh fruit, health & wellbeing programme, casual dress policy, employee discounts, company events, and free onsite parking.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out various process improvement projects to continually seek ways to improve both procurement and stock management processes.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and lead times while ensuring quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with seasonal trends.
