Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and reactive work for a leading facilities provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time.
  • Carry out reactive tasks throughout the sites.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works.
  • Update customers' computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) system in real time.
  • Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors' works while they are on site undertaking maintenance.
  • Participate in the teams' on-call rota and be available for overtime.

Person Specification:

  • A recognised industry qualification is required, and previous experience is essential.
  • The 18th Edition or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Trade-qualified Electrician with post-apprenticeship experience.
  • A full clean driver's licence is required.
  • Legionella awareness is preferable, and training can be provided.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Available to participate in an out-of-hours standby rota.
