The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the drylining industry, a strong understanding of construction contracts, and excellent communication skills.

  • You will work closely with our project team to manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • You will conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate cost reports to project stakeholders.
  • You will collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • You will mentor junior members of the quantity surveying team and promote a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the drylining industry.
