Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring successful delivery of high-profile developments.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the drylining industry, a strong understanding of construction contracts, and excellent communication skills.
- You will work closely with our project team to manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- You will conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate cost reports to project stakeholders.
- You will collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- You will mentor junior members of the quantity surveying team and promote a collaborative working environment.
Requirements
We require:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the drylining industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
