**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Network Specialist to join our team and support the IT estates of our SMB clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT support and technical change experience, with expertise in server technology, operating systems, and virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.

You will be responsible for responding to and prioritising alerts from monitoring systems, identifying risks and highlighting opportunities, and carrying out planned technical changes within designated maintenance windows.

Other key responsibilities include supporting the deployment of new infrastructure solutions based on client needs or enhance existing infrastructure to improve performance, resilience, and security, and maintaining up-to-date project and support documentation.

**Requirements**

  • Proven IT support and technical change experience
  • Server technology and operating systems
  • Exchange Server and Exchange Online general support
  • Virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V and associated networking/storage
  • Cloud Infrastructure/Platforms such as Azure and Office 365
  • Understanding of networking LAN/WAN technologies
