Job Title: Clinical Lead

The Clinical Lead is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care across our 3 sites: Andover War Memorial Hospital, Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, and the Royal Hampshire County Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of care focused on improving outcomes and experiences for patients, families, and carers.
  • Facilitate a broad team approach, communicate effectively, and deliver on the annual divisional strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Unscheduled Care and Clinical Director to ensure that urgent and emergency services meet quality standards and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of management, experience of working within Unscheduled Care, and good current knowledge in the area. They will be proactive in relation to external regulatory standards and current best practices in urgent and emergency care.

Requirements:
  • Good current knowledge in the area of Unscheduled Care.
  • Proven track record of management.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate a broad team approach.
