Job Description
  • Scope: The Senior Project Cost Specialist will be responsible for managing the delivery of cost management services across multiple projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
  • Key Responsibilities: Managing project budgets, coordinating with internal teams, conducting site visits, producing reports and presentations, communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Requirements: Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar, Chartered Status, knowledge of NEC forms of contract, experience working in healthcare or life sciences sector.
