We are pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding full-time development post in our neurodevelopmental service, located in the beautiful North Wales region.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Clinical Psychologist to contribute to the assessment and intervention of neuro-divergent children and young people, while developing their skills and expertise in a supportive and diverse multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with local CAMHS and Intellectual Disability services, as well as multiagency partners, to provide specialist psychological input and support to families.
Main Duties- Undertake a range of assessments and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions, alongside some Care Co-ordination.
- Promote psychological thinking and formulation within a multidisciplinary team and provide consultation to multi-agency professionals and families.
- Supervise others, deliver training, and contribute to leadership and service development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to clinical quality, evidence-based practice, and maintaining high professional standards. They will also have the ability to speak Welsh, although this is not essential.
