Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing a group of schools within a 90-minute travel radius of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit schools every half-term to build relationships with Catering and Business Managers
  • Promote our products and provide basic training and simple servicing of our Hubs
  • Develop relations with our existing school catering customers and new customers as they join us
  • Provide promotions, training, and assistance to customers
  • Basic servicing to customers, including mileage and travel expenses

Requirements:

  • Own transport is required
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
