Care Support Assistant

HomeCareDirect is seeking a dedicated Care Support Assistant to join our client’s support package. The successful candidate will provide kind and caring personal assistance to our client, who requires structure, routine, and support with everyday tasks to access the community and social activities.
The ideal candidate will have a calm, patient, and kind nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A full UK driving license and experience of complex care are essential requirements for this role.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including induction, safeguarding adults, health and safety, first aid, and specific training related to our client’s needs. A competitive salary, company pension scheme, and enhanced bank holiday payments are also included.
Requirements- An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this vacancy.
- Driver with a full UK driving license.
- Complex care experience.
- Prepared to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way.
- Willing to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs.

- Be reliable, non-judgmental, caring, responsible, and compassionate.
