Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Ambassador to join our Front of House team at The Refectory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote our brand values and services to customers, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and beverage options.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of supplies.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pub, restaurant, or hotel environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
