**About The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at The Curve Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth by building relationships with vendors and end customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Canvass equipment vendors to introduce leasing options and establish strong partnerships.
- Contact end-user customers to highlight the benefits of leasing solutions.
- Accurately calculate and negotiate margins on lease deals.
- Manage the sales process to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
- Maximize our client's presence with vendors as the go-to leasing partner.
- Conduct yourself professionally and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Continuously develop personal and professional skills to drive success.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in leasing, asset finance, or a related industry.
- Strong sales record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Motivated by financial rewards and bonus structures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone.
- Well-organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
- Flexibility with working hours and a full driving license (required).
