**About The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at The Curve Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth by building relationships with vendors and end customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Canvass equipment vendors to introduce leasing options and establish strong partnerships.
  • Contact end-user customers to highlight the benefits of leasing solutions.
  • Accurately calculate and negotiate margins on lease deals.
  • Manage the sales process to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
  • Maximize our client's presence with vendors as the go-to leasing partner.
  • Conduct yourself professionally and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Continuously develop personal and professional skills to drive success.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in leasing, asset finance, or a related industry.
  • Strong sales record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Motivated by financial rewards and bonus structures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone.
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
  • Flexibility with working hours and a full driving license (required).
