Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team as an Autism Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to provide individualized support to our students. Your role will involve assisting students with communication, social cues, fine motor skills, self-regulation, emotional expression, and sensory processing.


Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Assist students with daily living tasks and activities
  • Help manage challenging behavior and encourage positive decision making
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop individualized learning plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students
  • BA degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology)
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Salary and Benefits
