Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology People Partner to support the senior Technology team and line managers in improving colleague engagement, driving recruitment, and developing a forward-thinking people agenda within the Technology department.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Dunelm's activities and ambitions strategically, commercially, and culturally to translate them into a successful technology people plan.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement a forward-thinking people strategy within Tech, driving both colleague and customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with the Technology leadership teams and line managers, providing guidance and coaching to colleagues and line managers alike.
  • Contribute actively to the Tech leadership team and provide active guidance to colleagues and line managers via coaching and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced technology space, understanding the market challenges, and being able to see opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • Experience in both People Management and Technology.
  • A 'disruptive' approach to driving performance improvement and impact bottom-line profit throughout the organisation.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story to get others to buy into it.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
