This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Charity Shop Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a team of shop staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Managing daily operations, including stock management, customer relations, and community engagement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote the hospice's values

The estimated annual salary for this position is £26,500 - £30,000, depending on experience. Benefits include 27 days' annual leave (increasing to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years), a pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
