About the Role

This position involves operating and programming CNC Lathes to produce high-precision components. You will be responsible for setting up and running the machines with precision, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate CNC Lathes with precision to produce high-quality components.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain quality control of finished products by performing regular checks.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines as required.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £17.85, with opportunities for overtime. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including company-provided uniform, secure onsite parking, and a modern well-organised facility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
