Behaviour Support Assistant

About the RoleThis rewarding role involves working closely with students who require additional support, providing one-to-one and small group assistance. You will be part of a dedicated team that fosters a positive learning environment, helping students to reach their full potential.
Requirements- A strong understanding of SEND education and behaviour management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
In addition to a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, you can expect:
