Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team environment. You will have a passion for beauty retail, a professional manner, and a positive attitude towards providing world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of personal energy to drive projects to completion, be confident and assertive, and flexible and reliable. They will also have excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team environment, and have a customer-focused approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a sincere and warm welcome, ensuring they are aware you are there to help. You will ask open questions to find out customers' needs, recommend and select merchandise accordingly, and provide information about in-store offers, promotions, and store cards.

You will also be responsible for receiving and processing cash and card transactions, maintaining a customer-friendly and customer-focused environment at all times, and guaranteeing a high level of customer service. Additionally, you will educate and guide customers about Flannels, its brands, and products we sell.

Key Responsibilities
