Bar Operations Manager

London Brewers Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Bar Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Stratford taproom.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of beer styles, brewing techniques, and our craft beers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content and visual marketing for events and promotions.
Requirements:
- Must be a personal license holder.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a bar management role, preferably in a craft beer setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
- Passion for craft beer and a desire to contribute to a growing brewery.
