About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data and AI Risk Associate to join our team. As a member of the Data and AI Risk Hub, you will work closely with the leadership team to deliver and promote the FCA's data strategy. You will oversee the governance process to manage and control responsible AI and data risks.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping future policy and promoting the FCA's data strategy. You will work alongside a dynamic leadership team focused on making the FCA more data-driven and forward-thinking.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data and AI ethics or risk management, with experience in writing clear technical content and building collaborative relationships. They will also have proven ability to plan and oversee project delivery and knowledge of risk management practices. The salary range for this position is estimated to be around £51,200 - £64,000 per annum based on National scale, or £56,400 - £70,000 per annum for London-based positions, dependent on skills and experience.
