**Job Title:** Production Operator - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at Acorn by Synergie, a leading global manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in producing medical products on a production line, working as part of a team to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate production equipment and machinery to produce medical products
  • Work as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in training and induction programs to develop skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is desirable, but not essential
  • Good understanding of mathematics and English, preferably to level 2
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team to achieve targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and common sense approach
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues
