We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Advisor to join our team at Love Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales and retention team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of sales and retention activities throughout the club.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all sales activities via inreach and outreach initiatives
- Manage membership enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring a high standard of member experience
- Conduct tours and gym inductions to showcase our facilities and services
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
- Support and work with marketing strategies, KPIs, and initiatives to drive sales and growth
- Plan and execute marketing and member events in and out of the club
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
- Be the primary point of contact for member enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Engage in B2B sales to create corporate and membership deals
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
- Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
