Your Role as an Assistant Manager in Financial Due Diligence

As an Assistant Manager on our Financial Due Diligence team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. You'll be involved in all aspects of engagements, from initial client discussions and target business meetings to preparing detailed analysis reports and facilitating client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of financial due diligence analyses and findings, ensuring high-quality deliverables that inform clients' decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on technical aspects of transactions, leveraging your expertise to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Interpret complex financial information, identifying key business issues and applying your technical knowledge effectively.
  • Support client presentations by articulating conclusions and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Proactively contribute to the team's success by fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What We Look For:

We seek individuals with a strong foundation in financial analysis and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA).
  • Post-qualification experience in financial due diligence or a related advisory service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
