Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to the highest standard, taking into account individual dietary requirements.
- Contribute to effective budgeting and stock management within the kitchen.
- Work closely with the evening care staff to provide a seamless tea time experience.
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean and safe for all staff and service users.
What You Will Need:
- A respectful, courteous, and compassionate nature, striving for continuous improvement.
- Relevant experience within a pressurised and busy environment.
- Experience of producing food for individuals with strict dietary requirements.
- Relevant catering qualifications and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team.
