About Cranberry Panda

Cranberry Panda is a high-growth beauty brand expanding globally, seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to support their affiliate and partnership channels in the Netherlands, France, and Ireland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the International Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute marketing activities for the Netherlands and other EU markets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the Netherlands affiliate program
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key affiliate publishers and creators in the Netherlands and other EU markets
  • Approving and signing up affiliate partners to join the Netherlands program
  • Working with influencers to develop creator campaigns in the Netherlands and arranging gifting to content creators
  • Identifying and reaching out to new content creators to increase the brand's active partnerships
  • Supporting the Coordinator with reporting and analysis
  • Supporting the digital marketing team with translations for other performance channels

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be a Dutch native or fluent in Dutch, have a passion for the beauty industry, and be motivated and career-driven. Previous experience in digital marketing, particularly in affiliate marketing, is a plus. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and have excellent communication skills.
