The Talent Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, professional development, and talent management processes across our schools. This position ensures the efficient execution of these functions while maintaining a seamless experience for both candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full talent acquisition process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.
- Job Description Creation: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Interview Scheduling: Liaise with senior leaders on interview scheduling and candidate monitoring, and handle pre-employment checks for compliance.
- Recruitment Administration: Manage recruitment administration, including handling inquiries, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Talent Acquisition Events: Participate in talent acquisition events like open days and job fairs.
- Learning and Development Support: Serve as a point of contact for Learning and Development, coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving talent administration processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent team, ensuring timely and effective task completion.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in an administration role or equivalent.
- Administrative Skills: Demonstrable experience of performing administrative duties.
- Service Delivery: Demonstrable experience of providing a regular and effective service.
- Recruitment Support: Demonstrable experience of supporting in recruitment and talent function.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrable experience of assisting external and internal stakeholders.
- Technology Skills: Demonstrable experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
