Sales Team Lead and Revenue Accelerator

As a Sales Leader for the UK, Ireland & Nordics region, you will drive revenue and pipeline growth in the mid-market segment (100-1000 employees). Reporting directly to our Sales Director for UK, Ireland & Nordics, you will refine existing ways of working to bring consistency and predictability.
You'll be a core part of the UKI & Nordics Leadership team, helping to drive regional strategy and advocating for your team to accelerate growth. As a player/coach, you'll manage your own opportunities, driving best practices across your team of 3 AEs to ensure their success.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of sales and/or business development experience in software/technology space
- 1+ year of management or team lead experience in software/technology space
- Proven track record of success in closing mid-market opportunities and generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience working with methodologies like SPICED or MEDDPIC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Past experience motivating, developing, inspiring, coaching, and training a team
- Ability to identify trends and patterns from data, translating insights into actionable business recommendations
- Quickly building trust while holding team members accountable to goals
