Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Bilfinger UK Engineering Team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on stimulating and groundbreaking EPC and construction projects in the UK.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, managing, and closing the project. You will also be responsible for reporting on project budget, time, and safety, as well as monitoring the project execution strategy and project execution plan.

A successful candidate should have experience in multi-discipline projects, specifically in an EPCM/EPC company, with a strong understanding of construction activities across all disciplines and how they integrate to successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a result-oriented approach, excellent planning and organization skills, and the ability to motivate their team to achieve targets. They should also have a 'one-time right' mentality and be able to convince clients of the budget and planning consequences of changes.
