Job Title: Healthcare Recruitment Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Manager to join our team at Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our business centre in Cheltenham. Your primary goal will be to improve market share and become the 'go to' provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee business centre operations to ensure smooth and efficient operation
* Improve market share and become the 'go to' provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region
* Engage with new clients through direct business development
* Drive performance and results, monitoring key metrics and implementing necessary improvements where required
* Instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved/celebrated

Requirements:

* Previous sales and healthcare recruitment experience
* Experience leading a team in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships with candidates and clients
* Results orientated mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service
* Strong performance management
