Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our thriving and inclusive community to work in one of our clients schools based in Birmingham. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about mathematics and inspiring the next generation. They will have the skills to make complex concepts engaging and accessible, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Use data-driven assessment to monitor student progress and provide targeted interventions where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom ethos, ensuring the needs of all learners are met.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level (KS3-5 preferred).
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student development.
• Ability to inspire students with a passion for learning and achieving excellence.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
