About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our User Experience team at Sidetrade, a European hyper-growth AI company. As a UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our flagship SaaS product, delivering features to huge B2B customers with thousands of active users every day.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of our Design System across various projects.
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the Design System based on user feedback and industry best practices.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that align with the established Design System.
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Manage and deliver design projects from end-to-end.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, with a focus on utilising a design system.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and proficiency in Figma.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to apply Design System principles to new and existing projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
