You will work efficiently and safely, using a handheld device to receive and complete assigned tasks. Your expertise will include Plumbing, Carpentry, Kitchen and Bathroom fitting, and floor laying. You will be customer-focused and have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, with a valid CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. You will be punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld plant such as drills and breakers.

About You:

You will hold a City & Guilds qualification and have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. You will be comfortable working in both occupied and void properties, and have a valid full UK driving licence. You will be required to work extra hours, including weekends, and may be required to work with other trade operatives.
