EMDR Counsellor

We are seeking an EMDR Counsellor to join our team of occupational health specialists. As an EMDR Practitioner, you will work with clients experiencing work-related issues, providing short-term therapy and reporting on their progress.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Accredited status with the UK EMDR Association, experience working with trauma, and ability to work autonomously. They should also be confident in using databases and computer programs, including Word for Windows and Microsoft Outlook.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Provide confidential EMDR counselling services to clients with work-related issues
- Report on client progress and provide advice to the multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with managers to address clinical issues related to EMDR
- Accredited status with the UK EMDR Association
- Experience working with trauma and short-term therapy in an organisational setting
- Ability to work autonomously and make risk assessments on vulnerable clients
- Confident computer user with experience in using databases and programs
- Competitive salary – £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on full-time equivalent)
