Senior Director, Head of Credit and Consumer Solutions, UK & Ireland

Job Overview:

  • The Senior Director, Head of Credit and Consumer Solutions will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth in the UK and Ireland markets.

Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive credit strategy to enhance portfolio growth, profitability, and risk management.
  • Lead a team of product managers to create and launch innovative credit and consumer solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective commercialisation of credit solutions.
  • Drive data-driven decision making by leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that integrate Visa's capabilities and value-added services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Visa's policies, procedures, and governance framework.

  • A seasoned product leader with experience in credit lending, financial services, or technology roles.
  • Deep understanding of lending value chains, credit portfolios, and risk management strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
