Azure Cloud Engineer Opportunity

Winchester + Hybrid Remote Working Options

£45,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join a growing software provider in Winchester. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing Azure-based cloud services and delivering DevOps practices.

You will work in a small DevOps platform team, receiving 1-to-1 training and upskilling from the DevOps Lead. The team offers flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and can accommodate remote onboarding.

Essential Skills and Technologies

  • 1-3 years' experience in Azure cloud environment
  • Microsoft background, ideally with some experience of writing code (C# or similar)
  • Following set Deployment, Development, and Operations processes
  • Implementing CI/CD processes
  • Container orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Database administration (SQL)

Desirable Skills and Technologies

  • Experience with Azure Pipelines or similar
  • Experience with Docker or similar
  • An understanding of Agile, SCRUM
  • Degree-level education in an IT-related topic

The company is happy to accommodate remote onboarding and will be able to offer a hybrid approach to remote working. Applicants must be able to get to their offices on a weekly basis and be UK-based.
