Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Visitor to join our Children and Families Health Visiting team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to providing high-quality, needs-led care to families and children. You will work collaboratively with colleagues from health and partner organizations to support families and provide evidence-based care within a designated caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, needs-led care to families and children
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support families and provide evidence-based care
  • Contribute to the development of the Children and Families Health Visiting team
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Registered Health Visitor/Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Car driver
