Main Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and scope, adhering to HSEQ standards.
  • Building relationships with internal teams, clients, and contractors, communicating effectively between all parties.
  • Attending meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors as required.
  • Managing Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality processes, ensuring adherence across the site.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of HSEQ processes throughout the office and site teams.
  • Managing daily site operations, ensuring project timescales are met in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with multiple business functions and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Providing buildability input to Pre-Construction teams on project delivery.
  • Liaising with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Pre-Construction teams, Design teams, and Commercial teams.
  • Contributing to effective project management, planning, and coordination with other projects and stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Project Management position within a similar environment, ideally with an engineering discipline background. Previous experience in the water or wastewater industry is beneficial. Due to the nature of the role, travel to various sites throughout the country is required, and a valid UK driving licence is essential.
