Main duties include:

  • Posting invoices and managing VAT
  • Verifying correct coding and processing changes in master data
  • Handling AP-related questions from external suppliers and internal entities
  • Assisting with month-end close duties
  • Other tasks as necessary

Candidates should possess:

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role
  • Desirable experience with IFS software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A competitive salary of approximately £39,000 - £44,000 per year will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience.
