We are seeking an experienced Account Handler or similar professional with a background in Commercial Insurance to join our team at The Recruiter Specialists Group Ltd.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work for a reputable Insurance Broker, who offer the chance to progress to a Management position.

As a key member of our team, you will focus on delivering exceptional client services, conducting site visits, and handling administration for a range of clients.

You will be mentored and developed to potentially succeed in a succession role, while remaining hands-on and contributing to the growth of our business.

This role would suit someone with Account Handling knowledge or a background in Commercial Insurance looking for an opportunity to progress into a leadership position.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Day-to-day client account handling experience
  • Broking skills for SME Commercial business, with a focus on established client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A background in Account Handling, ideally with more than four years of experience
  • A background in Commercial Insurance
  • Flexibility to work in an office-based environment, with some hybrid flexibility
